Famous actress of South film industry Anushka Shetty is in a lot of discussion these days. The Bahubali fame actress was clicked in a white salwar suit with her mother at a temple in Bengaluru on the occasion of Mahashivratri. Anushka who was looking drop-dead beautiful became a victim of age and body-shaming because of the weight she has gained over time.
The latest pictures of Anushka have surfaced on social media and are going increasingly viral. While some netizens are shocked to see her transformation, some others are trolling her for her current appearance. A user wrote, “Very sad, please Sweety get slim. We want to see you in movies.” Another stated, “Lost all hope.” A third one commented, “She has really big lower body. Poor girl couldn’t reduce her weight.”
Well, this is not the first time that Anushka has been body-shamed. Even before this, she had to face nasty comments regarding her physique. While some say that Anushka increased her weight for the film ‘Size Zero’ but now is not able to reduce it, others speculate some health issues.
For the unversed, Anushka Shetty was a professional yoga instructor. She made her acting debut in 2005 with Telugu film ‘Super’. After this, she worked in many brilliant films like ‘Vikramarkudu’, ‘Don’, ‘Arundhati’, ‘Sahitya’, and ‘Bahubali’. She was awarded with the South Filmfare Award and two Nandi Awards for the film ‘Singam’. Anushka Shetty is included in the list of South India’s most popular and highest paid actresses.
Anushka will appear next in tentatively titled film ‘Anushka48’, alongside Naveen Polishetty and Koushik Mahata.
