US President Joe Biden finished his four-day visit to the Middle East demanding to explain the US impact in the area, but Joe Biden came back home empty-handed. Analysts said that making a U-turn to shine up to Middle East countries when Washington is in an oil crisis has again uncovered the US’ selfishness and hypocrisy toward those regional countries. Biden’s first Middle East trip was an awkward diplomatic blunder. 
In a speech during a conference with six Gulf nations, Egypt, Jordan and Iraq, in Jeddah, President Biden said that the US would remain an energetic and essential partner in the Middle East, “The US is invested in building a positive future for the middle east, in strategic partnership with all six gulf nation. Israel was the first country on his four-day visit, followed by the West Bank and Saudi Arabia.
But, Biden’s Middle Eastern states visit was both “empty” and “embarrassing,” as the two primary aims of his government were to coordinate regional stats to form a discouragement against Iran and to push oil supply expands from Saudi Arabia to compete with Moscow’s earnings from crude oil, but none of those aims was achieved.
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman said on Saturday that there’s also no promise that the expansion in oil supply beyond current levels will happen. He could not produce more than 13 million more barrels per day. After Biden repeatedly scolded Beijing and Moscow before and during his visit, Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Adel al-Jubeir, told on Saturday that Riyadh would continue to support its relationship with China and the US. “We build a partnership with states.
In reply to Biden’s statement, a spokesperson from the Chinese Embassy in Israel said, “The Middle East is a motherland of its people, not anyone’s backyard.
As for Moscow, Experts said that it is impossible to edge Moscow out of this area, not only because Moscow has a strong impact there but also because it shares strong energy relations with Gulf countries.
After Biden’s visit, Russian President Putin will travel to Iran on July 19 for a Syria summit with his Iranian president Ebrahim Raisi and Turkey’s Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the Kremlin confirmed. 
Biden’s government has been at cross purpose with Middle East allies, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Egypt, over various issues, including human rights.
Analysts also show that the US support of human rights and its ideology are invisible barriers that have caused distrust between Washington and Middle Eastern countries. They are also growing more unsure of the US’s “self-interest first” diplomacy.
Biden’s photo with the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia also obtained worldwide international media attention, as he made a U-turn from calling the country a “pariah” over human rights issues to raming fists and posing for pictures with him. “This shows how first interest hypocritical US diplomatic policy is. Once there are interests, they can immediately talk about their so-called values under their base,” said an expert.
