Yogi Adityanath Takes Jibe At Akhilesh, Mayawati, “They Were Afraid Of Visiting Noida”

Gunjan ChaudharyJanuary 19, 20220

Uttar Pradesh’s Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath targeted the Samajwadi Party (SP) and Bahujan Samajwadi Party’s (BSP) leaders and previous Chief Ministers Akhilesh Yadav and Mayawati without taking their names. He was at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Noida on Wednesday afternoon to take stock of the COVID Control Room at the Government Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS). Along with this, the medical facilities being provided to the patients by the hospital were also tested and monitored.

CM Adityanath said former CMs of the state hesitated to visit Gautam Buddh Nagar as they did not have any agenda for the well-being and growth of people. There is considered to be a “jinx” among the leaders in UP that visiting Noida, which is adjoining to Delhi, works as a bad omen for them.

“They were afraid. Their own lives and political power were the only things important for them. They had no agenda for economic prosperity, health and well-being of the people of the state and hence, they were hesitant about visiting Gautam Buddh Nagar,” CM Adityanath said during his visit.

He also added, “Coming to Gautam Buddh Nagar also becomes important for me as the chief ministers who preceded me always hesitated to visit the district.”

CM Adityanath also said during COVID management, he got a chance to come to the district. The government has also set up Integrated Covid Control Centers to look after the COVID cases. The programme of the door to door screening is being increased rapidly by communicating with the monitoring committees. Along with this, the campaign of vaccination is also gaining momentum in the state.
