According to sources, the Indian Youth Congress’ three-day National Executive conference in New Delhi ended with the decision to “carry the message of Bharat Jodo Yatra to every area of the country.” All of the National Office Bearers of the Youth Congress and the State Presidents participated in the meeting, which was presided over by Srinivas BV, National President of the Indian Youth Congress, and Krishna Allavaru, National Incharge and AICC Joint Secretary.

Major initiatives of the organisation include the “Youth Connect Program” and “Youth Jodo, Booth Jodo “, “Ek Booth Paanch Youth”, and the Election management program in connection with the upcoming assembly elections were discussed. “Along with this, the country’s declining economy, rising inflation and unemployment, hatred and violence and other burning problems were also discussed in the three-day executive meeting and the future strategy was decided,” sources stated.

The main issue during the Indian Youth Congress’ National Executive meeting was to disseminate the word of the Bharat Jodo Yatra to every corner of the nation. This decision was passed by all of the members with no disagreement. Srinivas BV, the national president of the Indian Youth Congress, stated that during the three days of deliberation, the organisation has decided to bring the Bharat Jodo Yatra issue to the general public while also maintaining contact with young people up to the last booth in the nation.

“The BJP and the Central Government are scared of the popularity of the Bharat Jodo Yatra under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi and therefore the Union Health Minister is writing letters on the pretext of the Covid protocol, but this Yatra will not be affected by all these gimmicks. The people of the country have united against hatred and decided to walk on the path of love,” he mentioned.

Krishna Allavaru, national coordinator of the Indian Youth Congress and joint secretary of the AICC, said: “Unity in diversity is the identity of India. To preserve this identity, Rahul Gandhi has started the Bharat Jodo Yatra. In the meeting of the National Executive, the Youth Congress resolved to spread the message of this Yatra across the country through various mediums.”
