Congress Leaders United In Rajasthan, Party Will Win State Polls, Say Rahul Gandhi: Deets Inside!

The former head of the Congress said in Jaipur that the party’s leaders are together and will stay that way before heading to Tara Nagar in Churu to speak at a poll rally. Standing alongside Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and his former deputy Sachin Pilot, party leader Rahul Gandhi declared on November 16 that the Congress party is unified and will win the Rajasthan Assembly elections.

“We are not just seen together but we are together and will remain so. The Congress party will sweep the elections here,” Mr. Gandhi told reporters at the Jaipur airport, before leaving for Nohar in Hanumangarh district and Sadulshahar in Sriganganagar district to address public rallies there in the run-up to the November 25 election. Mr Gandhi was accompanied by Mr Gehlot, Mr Pilot, and the head of the Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee, Govind Singh Dotasra. Not long after Mr. Gehlot painted a comparable picture of internal party unity; the former head of Congress made his remarks regarding a united Congress.

 “Ek Saath, Jeet Rahe Hain Phir Se (Together, we are winning again),” Mr. Gehlot said in a social media post on Wednesday. He also shared a photograph of a Tuesday review meeting, showing general secretary (organisation) K.C. Venugopal, and Mr. Pilot, who had flown in from campaigning in Bhopal to attend.

Rahul Gandhi said this in the presence of former deputy chief minister Sachin Pilot, State Congress Committee chief Govind Singh Dotasra, and Rajasthan chief minister Ashok Gehlot. Rahul Gandhi declared on Thursday that the Congress party will win the assembly elections scheduled for November 25. Congress leaders in Rajasthan are gathered. During a brief conversation with reporters at this airport, the former president of Congress stated,  “We are together and will remain together. The Congress party will sweep the elections here (in Rajasthan)”.

He declared that the party’s leaders are in agreement and will stay so before departing to speak at a poll rally in Tara Nagar, Churu. Gandhi was accompanied by former deputy chief minister Sachin Pilot, Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee head Govind Singh Dotasra, and chief minister Ashok Gehlot. At public gatherings in Sadulshahar (Sriganganagar) and Nohar (Hanumangarh), Rahul Gandhi will also speak.
