A case has been filed in the US court against India’s famous industrialist Gautam Adani, the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy. Summons have also been issued to all three in this regard by the US court. Actually, the special thing about the case is that the case has been filed by Richmond’s doctor Lokesh Vayuru on many issues including Pegasus, and growing corruption in the country.

Although Indian-American lawyer Ravi Batra in New York has already called it a finished trial. At the same time, summons have also been issued by the US District Court for the District of Columbia to many people including these leaders. Apart from the Indian based businessman and PM of India, the name of Professor Klaus Schwab, chairman of the World Economic Forum, is also included in the lawsuit.

The Indian-American doctor coming from Andhra Pradesh has surrounded these leaders without any documentary evidence. He has alleged that several people including PM Modi, Jagan Mohan Reddy and Guatam Adani are involved in the corruption and use of Pegasus spyware against political opponents. He has also talked about sending cash on a large scale to America. The suit was filed on May 24.

Batra says there is a lot of free time against Vayuru. At the same time, he called it a frivolous case. He said that the federal courts have been misused by filing a 53-page complaint to defame America’s partner India.
