UGC Permits 900 Autonomous Colleges To Run Online Courses; Know Commission’s Stand On Delhi Colleges
The University Grants Commission (UGC) has granted permission to 900 additional colleges to produce online degrees for students. This decision will open up new learning opportunities for scholars. the choice was also made keeping in sight the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, which promotes online education. Students are going to be able to get their degrees remotely with the assistance of online education. Before this order, only universities were allowed to own online courses. Now, around 900 autonomous colleges, which have National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) 3.26 grade, are allowed to supply online degrees and courses.
