Raising the slogan of Khel Jatlo, Trinamool Congress President Mamata Banerjee on Monday exuded confidence that her party would win the upcoming Goa Assembly elections. Mamata said if anyone wanted to defeat the BJP in this coastal state, it would depend on their support to the TMC. Describing Goa as a lovely, beautiful and very intelligent state, Mamata Banerjee while addressing the local TMC leaders said that her party did not use its experience to control the state or become the Chief Minister, but to help the people of Goa in the elections. have entered the election field to use.

The Trinamool Congress has already forged an alliance with the state’s oldest regional outfit Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party (MGP) for the 40-member Goa Assembly early next year. Mamata Banerjee, who is on a two-day visit to Goa, exuded confidence that her party would win the elections in the state along with the MGP. She said that earlier her party had not thought of contesting elections in Goa, but when it realized that other parties were not giving competition to the BJP, the TMC decided to enter the fray here. We haven’t come to Goa in all these years, but we realized that no one is doing anything. No one is fighting against BJP. That’s why we thought of coming here. In an indirect reference to Congress, Mamata Banerjee said that when you can fight against us in West Bengal, why can’t we fight against you in Goa. We want to work with you, but we will fight (on our own). We will not listen to you and will not talk half understanding with BJP.

Mamta Banerjee said that the game in Goa will be Jatlo. She had earlier raised the slogan of ‘khela hobe’ during the West Bengal assembly election campaign. Played against the BJP, played the game, remove the BJP. She said that movies and football are one of the different things that connect West Bengal and Goa.
