India is home to over 1.3 billion people. One-fifth of the population, or 19.1 percent, is under the age of 25, the highest proportion in the world. But still the voice of youth is missing. However, just 6 percent of India's leaders and ministers are under 35, making them ineligible to be referred to as "young leaders." Red Alert Issued For Chennai As More Rainfall Is Expected On November 10 And 11

Tamil Nadu has received 46% of excess rainfall so far. It has been reported that 5 people have died, more than 500 houses and huts have been damaged.
