Nepal Becomes First To Adopt India’s UPI System

Nepal is the primary country to adopt India's UPI system, which played a pivotal role in transforming the digital economy of the neighbouring country. The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) said on Thursday, it'll revolutionalize the digital payment system in Nepal. The Assam government has informed the Gauhati High Court that a total of 12 lakh ineligible farmers in the state have received benefits under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme.
