And he is asked to send a copy of the report in three days to the court and discuss the matter. This application seeking to file a report before the court has been filed by the complainant Shubhanshi Tiwari. In which he has alleged that Salman Khurshid, being a senior advocate, has also held several ministerial posts, and after reading the book titled Sunrise over Ayodhya written by him, in some parts of the book he made extremely controversial statements on Hinduism. His feelings have been hurt by this.

It is alleged that on page 113 of the book a line is written on Chapter 6 The Saffron Sky. In which Hindutva has been compared to Islamic Jihadi and terrorist organizations ISIS and Bokoharam. It is alleged that Vadini’s religious sentiments were hurt by reading this book as he has a strong faith in his religion. It has been said that it is morally and legally wrong to slander his religion without any basis and evidence. It has also been said that the comparison of Boko Haram and ISIS is completely wrong because many countries have banned them.

In the application filed before the court, it has also been said that Salman Khurshid has no knowledge of religion, texts, and creeds, thus making unrestrained remarks on Hindutva is only to provoke religious sentiments of two communities and by increasing enmity and pouring his political bread on them. It is said that on December 4, 2021, an application was given to the station president BKT to file a report. But no action was taken on it. Not only this, in an interview given during the promotion of his book, Salman Khurshid has compared Hindutva with animal and animal.
