Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the Congress, referred to the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) as a "fundamentalist" and "fascist" organisation at a discussion at the Chatham House in London and claimed that it has effectively taken control of all of India's institutions.
