Supreme Court on Tuesday agreed to concentrate on a plea that seeks the cancellation of physical examinations for classes 10 and 12 to be conducted by the Central Board of exertion (CBSE) and several other boards this time. The plea is heard by Justice A M Khanwilkar's bench on Wednesday, February 23. A bench headed by Justice A M Khanwilkar said that an advance dupe of the solicitation is served to the standing counsel for the Central Board of pedagogy (CBSE) and other repliers concerned.
