Even the biggest budget of Uttar Pradesh has not been able to fulfill all the resolutions of the Yogi government. In many of the resolutions that the Finance Minister showed the courage to fulfill, the budget has not been able to arrange as promised. The wait has increased for facilities like free electricity for irrigation to farmers, free scooty to meritorious daughters pursuing higher education and free travel for elderly women in transport corporation buses. Finance Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna presented the account of the state's biggest budget (Rs 6.15 lakh crore) on Thursday.
