About 70 percent of heart problems can be avoided if you get enough sleep. This is claimed in a recent research paper published in the 2022 European Society of Cardiology Congress. The study also claimed that the risk of stroke and heart disease increases if there is no proper sleep. A group of scientists from 'The French National Institute of Health and Medical Research' participated in this study of 7,200 people. 62 percent of the participants were male. The average age was 59 years. None had heart problems at the start of the study. The researchers examined the participants every two years for 10 years.
