Tory MP Suspended Due To Sexual Misconduct: Boris Johnson Gets ‘Pinched’
Chris Pincher was an MP and Deputy Chief Whip of Boris’ conservative party, responsible for the Welfare of the MPs at the House of Commons. He allegedly groped two men on 29th June 2022 at the Carlson club. Mr Pincher didn’t mention anything particular when resigning from the position as the Deputy Chief Whip but mentioned in the resignation letter on 30th June 2022 that “I drank far too much….I think the right thing for me to do is to resign as deputy chief whip. I owe it to you and the people I have caused upset too, to do this”. According to Downing Street, Pincher had done the right thing and declared that no further action would occur.
