Judge Rajasekhar Mantha of the Calcutta High Court relied on the State Special Investigation Team (SIT) in the Anis Khan case, a 27-year-old former Aliah University student who was found dead outside his home in Howrah’s Amta neighborhood. Four months later, the Calcutta High Court pronounced its verdict in the murder case of Howrah student leader Anis Khan. On Tuesday, Justice Mantha said there was no need for a CBI probe. The Anis case will be investigated by the state police. The seat will also submit the charge sheet. On the other hand, Anis's father said that they are filing a case in the division bench.
