IHU, B.1.640.2: New Variant Of CoVID-19 Announced By France

IHU, the B.1.640.2 is the new variant of Covid-19 declared by France. This nomenclature of variant is derived from the institute where it is discovered, Institute IHU Mediterranee Infection. It is reported in 12 cases till now. Research reveals that this variant has 46 mutations and 37 deletions. As a result, it leads to the replacement of 30 amino acids and 12 deletions in the virus. However, researchers have said that it is too early to comment on the behavior of the variant with respect to the rate of infection and spread. Anganwadi Workers Will Get An Incentive Of Rs 500 Every Month, CM Lays Foundation Stone Of 585 Centers

UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday laid the foundation stone of 585 Anganwadi centers. In a function organized at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan in Lucknow, he has announced to give Rs 500 per month to Anganwadi workers and Rs 250 to helpers. Both Anganwadi and Mini Anganwadi workers will get Rs 500 per month. This incentive amount will be given from 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2022. At present, Anganwadi workers used to get Rs 55 hundred and Mini Anganwadi Rs 4250 and assistants got Rs 2750.
