On Thursday, Science & Technology Minister, Dr Jitendra Singh, revealed about Gaganyaan. He said that India is going to launch its first manned space mission “Gaganyaan” in 2023. In Rajya Sabha assembly, the minister answered upon asking about the same. He stated that our nation’s first human space mission will reach the outer space in 2023. This will be a huge accomplishment, as India will join US, Russia and China in the list of launching human spaceflight. India would be the fourth nation to do so. Ashish Mishra, son of union minister Ajay Mishra Teni, was arrested Saturday night after nearly 12 hours of questioning on the Lakhimpur Kheri violence in which eight people, including four farmers were dead. Ashish Mishra, Ashish Pandey and Lavkush Rana are among the 13 people arrested in connection with the death of the farmers. He has been accused of mowing down protesting farmers with his car in the district, killing four of them. The hearing on the bail application of Ashish Mishra, son of Minister of State for Agriculture Ajay Mishra Teni in the Tikunia violence case of Lakhimpur Kheri, was heard in the Lucknow Bench of the High Court today.
