The fresh detentions were made in two cases, one of which was lodged with the Naubasta authority and the other with the Govind Nagar cops.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-152466 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-08-10-at-2.38.51-PM-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"525\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-08-10-at-2.38.51-PM-1.jpeg 750w, https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-08-10-at-2.38.51-PM-1-300x210.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-08-10-at-2.38.51-PM-1-450x315.jpeg 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The three charges have been recognised as Chandra Pratap Singh (67), Anil Nigam (61) and Ram Chandra Pal (61), the younger sibling of Kailash Pal, who was charged on 9 August.<\/p>\n<p>They were constructed before a court and were sent to judicial custody for 14 days, as per Deputy Inspector General of cops (DIG) Balendu Bhushan Singh, who is leading the SIT.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-152467 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-08-10-at-2.38.51-PM.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"793\" height=\"318\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-08-10-at-2.38.51-PM.jpeg 793w, https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-08-10-at-2.38.51-PM-300x120.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-08-10-at-2.38.51-PM-768x308.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2022-08-10-at-2.38.51-PM-450x180.jpeg 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 793px) 100vw, 793px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The charges have been secured under Sections 147 and 148 (Rioting armed with a killer weapon), 323 (voluntarily compelling hurt), 302 (killing), and 436 (misconduct by fire or flammable substance with intent to overpower house) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), DIG Balendu Bhushan Singh mentioned.<\/p>\n<p>In the investigations organized by the SIT so far, 96 charges have been specified with 12 cases, out of which 73 are to be charged.
