Disqualification notifications for Shiv Sena rebels should have been sent on July 12 to 16, rather than July 12 to 16. There had been concerns that the floor test might be delayed as a result.<\/p>\n<p>To cut through the haze of competing claims and counterclaims, the use of trust motions has proven effective throughout the years. Ten days have passed since the last episode of Shiv Sena&#8217;s internal squabbles. Prolonging the chaos served no purpose for the general people. To prevent the floor test from being postponed due to the pending disqualification procedures against MLAs who had resigned their membership in the MP assembly, the Supreme Court ordered in 2020. It was Uddhav&#8217;s expectation that the return to Mumbai of certain rebels would satisfy their desires. There was little hint of detente despite his pacifist ideals, which ended in his resignation.<\/p>\n<p>The future of Shiv Sena politics is still up in the air: Will Shinde return to playing second fiddle to Thackeray after proven his mettle? It&#8217;s safe to say that the MVA project has come to an end. Can the Shiv Sena and the BJP, on the other hand, reestablish their previous alliance? These questions have no simple solutions.
