Adolescent girls constitute a vulnerable group where they&#8217;re neglected.<\/p>\n<p>Menstruation continues to be thought to be something unclean or dirty in Indian society. Moreover, some view it as a disease and feel the requirement to shun those undergoing it.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.worldbank.org\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/hero\/public\/blogs-images\/2019-05\/menstrual_hygiene_day.jpg?itok=TQkqla0t\" alt=\"It's time for action.
