The Supreme court expressed satisfaction over the current vaccine policy of the government and said that the government can impose some restrictions in the public interest.<\/p>\n<p>On restrictions by some state governments, the court said that the access of non-vaccinated people in public places cannot be stopped. The court said that such orders should be withdrawn with immediate effect. The top court has asked the central government to make public the data related to the adverse effects of vaccination.<\/p>\n<p>A big decision has come from the Supreme Court regarding the ongoing Covid vaccination campaign in the country. The Supreme Court has said that no person can be forced or pressurized to vaccinate.<\/p>\n<p>The top court also made it clear that some states and organizations have imposed restrictions on the movement of people who have not been vaccinated in public places. Policy decisions taken by the government on expert opinion have limited scope for the judicial review of the judgement. The court said that as long as the number of Covid is less, then there should be no ban on people who do not vaccinate in public areas. An application is filed in the Supreme Court against the government of Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra for making Covid vaccination mandatory.
