Had the Russia-Ukraine war not broken out, the debt-to-risk ratio in the current financial year would have remained at Rs 6.3 lakh crore.<\/p>\n<p>By risky debt, the rating agency means more than five times the debt taken by the rating agency keeping in view the operating profit of the companies.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-144918 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/fuel1200-sixteen_nine.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/fuel1200-sixteen_nine.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/fuel1200-sixteen_nine-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/fuel1200-sixteen_nine-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/fuel1200-sixteen_nine-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/fuel1200-sixteen_nine-450x253.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/fuel1200-sixteen_nine-1067x600.jpg 1067w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The rating agency has given this estimate on the basis of an analysis of 1,385 companies.
