Satellite IT parks\u00a0are going to be\u00a0built on 15-25 acres of land obtained at premium prices through land acquisition on the proposed corridor with convenient access from Kozhikode, Ernakulam, and Technopark\u00a0phase III\u00a0through NH 66.\u00a0additionally, the acquired land would be\u00a0accustomed\u00a0build 20 small parks ranging in size from 50,000 to 2 lakh square feet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fundings<\/strong><br \/>\nRs 1000 crore has been sanctioned from the land acquisition pool of the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB) for acquiring land\u00a0to line\u00a0up IT parks in Kannur, Kollam, and other areas.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/akm-img-a-in.tosshub.com\/businesstoday\/images\/story\/202106\/pinarayi_660_270520092659_040621065101.jpg?size=1200:675\" alt=\"Kerala Budget: Govt announces Rs 20,000 cr COVID-19 revival package; allots Rs 1,500 cr for vaccination - BusinessToday\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Technopark, Technocity, Infopark,\u00a0and plenty of\u00a0more IT centres\u00a0are\u00a0expanded as\u00a0a part of\u00a0the event\u00a0of essential infrastructural facilities for the IT sector.
