Meanwhile, NITI Aayog has released a report named, Fourth Health Index. This is the fourth edition of Health Index. The Index consist the list of those states where overall health services are better and the states whose condition is very pathetic. According to NITI Aayog&#8217;s Fourth Health Index, Kerala once again tops the list in the big states category in terms of overall health services performance. On the other hand, the situation in Uttar Pradesh is worst in terms of health service performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/jpg_20211227_133513_0000-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-137926\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/jpg_20211227_133513_0000-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/jpg_20211227_133513_0000-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/jpg_20211227_133513_0000-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/jpg_20211227_133513_0000.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tamil Nadu and Telangana ranked second and third<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to reports, Tamil Nadu and Telangana rank second and third respectively in terms of health standards. On the other hand, Mizoram tops the overall health services performance among the smaller states. Talking about the Union Territories, Delhi and Jammu and Kashmir were so far at the bottom in terms of overall performance, but both the Union Territories have reached the leading position in terms of improving the health service performance. Similarly, it has been said in the report that Uttar Pradesh is on top in terms of improving the situation in the year 2019-20 as compared to the year 2018-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the report, even though Kerala and Tamil Nadu occupy the first and second positions in the index, both the states ranked 12th and 8th in terms of incremental performance. Both the states ranked second and third in terms of poor performance. On the other hand, Rajasthan remained the weakest state in terms of both overall performance and incremental performance.
