Whereas Maharashtra remained at number two. More than two lakh complaints were received against the Maharashtra government. Not only this UP also topped in disposal of complaints. The Central Government told the Lok Sabha on Wednesday that during the said three years, a total of 6,19,358 complaints were received from Uttar Pradesh, out of which 5,35,153 were resolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 2,17,509 complaints were registered against the Maharashtra government during this period on the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS). Of these, 78,378 complaints were resolved. Any citizen can lodge his grievances related to Central Ministries\/Departments\/State Governments\/Union Territories (UTs) on it from anywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/cm-yogi-fleet-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-136849\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/cm-yogi-fleet-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/cm-yogi-fleet-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/cm-yogi-fleet-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/cm-yogi-fleet.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All states and union territories are connected with this platform<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Singh informed that each Ministries\/Departments of the Central Government and State Governments\/Union Territories are associated with this system. The complaints lodged on this are resolved by the concerned Ministries\/Departments\/States\/Union Territories. The CPGRAMS is also available to the citizens through the mobile app. With this the UMANG platform has also been added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Union Minister said that the government has also signed an MoU with the Common Service Centers (CSCs) of the Union Ministry of Information Technology and Electronics to further ease the process of filing complaints. Complaints can also be lodged through them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Measures taken to make the platform practical<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Central Government has taken several measures to make the CPGRAMS platform more practical and user-friendly.
