Ashish Mishra, Ashish Pandey and Lavkush Rana are among the 13 people arrested in connection with the death of the farmers. He has been accused of mowing down protesting farmers with his car in the district, killing four of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hearing on the bail application of Ashish Mishra, son of Minister of State for Agriculture Ajay Mishra Teni in the Tikunia violence case of Lakhimpur Kheri, was heard in the Lucknow Bench of the High Court today. The court dismissed the bail plea and fixed January 6, 2021 for the next hearing. Now the minister&#8217;s son will not get bail till January 6. Salil Srivastava on behalf of Ashish Mishra and Mohammed Aman and Shashank Singh appeared to oppose the bail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1079.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-136786\" width=\"840\" height=\"531\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1079.png 642w, https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1079-300x190.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 840px) 100vw, 840px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier, while hearing the case, the court had given time to December 10 to counter both the parties. To oppose the bail of Ashish Mishra, the Vakalatnama of Advocate Mohammad Khawaja, Advocate Shashank Singh, Advocate Mohammad Aman was presented in the High Court Lucknow Bench.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After skipping the first summons issued to him, Ashish, along with his lawyer, appeared at the Crime Branch office almost 22 minutes ahead of the deadline set for his appearance (11 am), in the second summons issued to him on Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1078.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-136788\" width=\"840\" height=\"523\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1078.png 650w, https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1078-300x187.png 300w, https:\/\/www.caravanalive.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/1078-580x360.png 580w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 840px) 100vw, 840px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The main accused Ashish Mishra had approached the High Court after the bail application was rejected by the district court. The hearing on the bail plea of \u200b\u200bAshish Mishra Monu in the court of Justice Karunesh Singh Pawar was held on Monday in court number 29.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On behalf of the defense, the argument of being falsely implicated was given in the court of District Judge Mukesh Mishra. District Judge Mukesh Mishra had rejected the bail application on November 15.
