Some of the Bollywood personalities have joined major politicians in joining India’s ‘Koo’ app which mimics the operational interface of global app ‘Twitter’. Union Minister Piyush Goyal who has recently switched to Koo app is urging citizens and personalities to promote and join the app too.

Very recently actress Kangna Ranaut made headlines once again as she announced that she has officially joined the trending Koo app and has introduced herself as ‘hot blooded Kshatriya women’. The ‘Queen’ actress wrote in her inaugural message, “Hello everyone …. working nights this is lunch break for #Dhaakad crew. why not Koo now. This is a new place will take time to get fimiliar magar bhade ka ghar bhade ka hota hai, apna ghar kaisa bhi ho apna hota hai”. Given that her recent relationship was going a little off with Twitter Kangna seems excited to be on Koo app.

Not just Kangna Ranaut but many other b-town celebrities are also hopping on to join the Koo app. Veteran actor Anupam Kher has also officially joined the homegrown microblogging app, he tweeted “I am on #Koo. My handle is @anupamkher! Any my very #Koo is JAI Ho……..!! To Chalo!! Aa Jao AAP LOG BHI !! KOO KOO KHELTE HAIN!! #Kooapp”.

To name the latest celebrities like musician and singer Adnan Sami, actors and actress Ranvir Shorey, Payal Ghosh, Ashutosh Rana are among many who have joined the Koo app.
Since the shout-out made by Piyush Goyal for the Koo app more center and state officials have also come on board. Giriraj Singh, Sanjay Dhotre, RS Prasad, Sanjay Dhotre , BS Yeddyurappa , and chief ministers of Karnataka and Madhya Pradesh respectively have joined the application.
