Keep those fingers away from your beautiful face. Pimples are horrible and we understand the struggle. But touching them may not be the best option- trust us. The bacteria on your hand can make exacerbate the situation. Wash your hand before going anywhere near your face.
- Wash your face before going to bed
If you don’t remove your makeup before going to bed then only God can save you. Clean your face before hitting the hay. The chemicals in products can clog your pores. Take care of your skin. Wash your face.
- Get enough Zzzzs
Getting 8 hours of sleep is extremely important for your body and also your skin. For healthy skin, let your body get enough sleep.
