Sleeping issues or sleep deficiency is playing a major issue in causing severe cardiac diseases and it’s not just the adults, even the children are the target of these issues. Both the quality and quantity of sleep are necessary to prevent heart diseases.

  • Pulmonary hypertension: This condition, in which blood pressure in the lungs can increase rapidly, is another cardiovascular disease. Sleep issues are also associated with heart failure and inflammation that may have an impact on other non-cardiac problems.
