Are you a Desi Chick who loves Alia Bhatt? Or are you a girl who is currently having ‘fever of wearing ethnic’? Well, in both of the situations, Alia got your back! More like for the inspiration, of course! We are recently seeing Alia and other Bollywood babes in more of ethnic outfits for some reason or so, are the Bollywood Divas trying to set a new trend? Who knows?
Well, for now, we have taken Alia and carefully handpicked some of her ethnic outfits that may inspire or even summon the desi chick out of you! Take a look!
For the screening of the movie, Raazi, Alia wore something quirky yet traditional. She opted for a peach-floor length Anarkali with pineapple motifs ( what?!), yes, pineapple motifs. You don’t get to see something like this every day, do you? You should definitely try to recreate this look because if Alia can wear pineapples on an Anarkali, why can’t you?
In another of her ethnic feels, Alia wore a pale pink outfit by Raw Mango. The ensemble included a V-neck kurta with cuffed sleeves having contemporary detailing which grabbed attention. The outfit was in just the right proportion where kurta ended on her knees with the matching tailored trousers. Did we just give you a new inspiration for your next tailored kurta? She tied her hair at the back with a middle parting, and let her outfit outshine with some strong earring game!
To create a more vibrant look, she wore a Nakasha Anarkali. The bright yellow chanderi outfit was paired with a beautiful sheer dupatta. The outfit was simple, sweet and elegant. She kept her hair loose and middle-parted and accessorized the outfit with jhumkas by Amrapali.
In her recent appearance, the 25-year old opted for a floral Sabyasachi outfit. A calf- length kurta with similar looking palazzo pants. She draped her dupatta just like a desi girl and kept her hair on one side. For the accessories, she trusted on chaandbalis, and was surely looking pretty-pretty!
Talking about desi looks and forgetting Manish Malhotra is nearly impossible. Alia wore a bluish grey floor length Anarkali designed by him. The collared kurta had sheer full sleeves with a sheer dupatta. She kept her hair back in a ponytail with a middle parting. The earrings were big and droopy.
