EVM, which plays an important role in Indian Politics, which plays a key role in creating a political party’s future are nowadays in suspicion. From last two months the ruling political party of Delhi ‘AAP’ is raising his voice against EVM machine of Election Commission OF India. He is unanimously telling that EVM’s are being tampered by the ruling party of India ‘BJP’. After a massive win of BJP in Uttar Pradesh election, they put these allegations on BJP. The Bhartiya Janata Party won 312 seats out of 403 in Uttar Pradesh Election.

AAP leader and the CM of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal has also made allegations on BJP by saying that they had won the Delhi MCD Election by EVM hacking. Previously the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), during a special session of the Delhi Assembly, conducted a live demonstration on how EVMs can be tampered with. But, the question is that at what extent it can be believed that the EVM of EC is as same as the dummy one, if really the ECI EVM can be hacked than our constitution is in danger.

Last month sixteen opposition parties had urged the Election Commission to revert to the paper ballet system saying that the alleged tampering has created trust deficit in the credibility of the EVMs. This kind of allegations shows that how political parties are getting unite against the EVMs. Is our EVM is safe that no one can tamper it?  Are the allegations of opposition political parties false?

We hope that ECI in its meeting will prove to all parties that EVMs are safe and can’t be tampered. May be the EVM tampering issue of the cities of Rajasthan and Uttarakhand may just be a coincidence. And may it can be told that only ‘EVM are in Suspicion, not our Constitution’.
