Romance is considered as one of the most desired things in human life. Human body and psychology are designed to attract members of opposite sex. This intelligent design is the key to human relationships and sexuality which further works as the basic element of human continuity on earth through procreation. Usually, male and female counterparts feel the buds of romance germinated within at the beginning of adolescence itself. Sexual maturity is not so important factor in creating romance as one can have the feeling of romance before they are attaining puberty. The feeling of romance even can be stimulated in the childhood itself.

Let’s have a look at several social and psychological aspects behind a person’s inclinations to fall in love:
Pheromones and Hormones

These two things play an important role in creating a relationship in human’s life. Earlier, various researchers have proved that pheromones and hormones are believed to play a vital role in attracting people each other and making them fall in relationships. It is interesting to know that Oxytocin and vasopressin are the two hormones that promote the emotion of romance in human beings. While everyone can’t feel the same about each other as persona may have developed the likeness to a certain combination of hormones only.
Psychological aspect

It’s hard to manipulate one’s psychological mindset of being in love. A feeling of similarity is a major psychological facet that sprouts romance. People who interact for a longer period or people who are of the same mindset may develop romance within themselves. Some psychological theories convey that romance can happen in two ways; compassionate love and passionate love. Compassionate love depicts mutual understanding, respect and sharing while passionate love is based on intense sexual desires, anxiety and affection.
Physical attraction
Physical attraction is another reason behind romantic relationships. The concept of beauty differs from people to people. It’s the human brain that what image is created in person mind whether in terms of beauty or whether in terms of sexiness.

Social reasons
Society encourages every adult to live in families where they procreate and grow kids as responsible members of society. A child who reaches the age of puberty sees male-female relationships all around and gradually he/she too seeks the company of a counterpart. Somehow, society opens more chances for youngsters (boys and girls) to interact with each other. In today’s helter-skelter life lack of parental care is also responsible for growing love relations as one finds his partner a substitute for every relation.
